There are no retruns. Once a product is delivered and the package is opened, there is no longer a return option. FI the package is damaged from delivery, please do not open the package. Contact us immediately and the package can be exchanged only.


Our products are sold through shops because they require professional installation. They are not to be resold via mail order or any other method.


If we determine that a shop in our netwrok is not producing sales because they are not actively advertising and promotiong our products, thats hop may be removed from the network. Any shop may be removed from the network and denied the sale of our products at any time, at our discretion.


We do not accept credit card payments. Payments can be made by check or wire transfer. Shipments are made when check have cleared or when wire transfers are completed.

Email receipts will be sent from our accounting staff after delivery has been initiated.


Shipping for XTRA Power products is included. Shipping maybe charged seperately for other products. Products with additional shipping will be marked respectively in our product listings.


Pre-buys or bulk orders are welcomed. For shops that feel they have the clientele and business to justify carrying inventory, please call us to place your order. Purchases of XTRA Power produts require that the VIN number for each installed vehicle be provide as the products are sold and installed.
